Swirl board mist eliminator is an efficient gas-liquid separation component used in packed columns. When gas-entrained droplets pass through the blades, the design of the blades triggers a rotation and centrifugal motion of the gas. When the gravity produced by the droplets exceeds the upward force of the gas, they flow downward along the column wall, achieving efficient gas-liquid separation and greatly improving the efficiency of entrainment removal.
